Construction & Facilities
|The Construction & Facilities department is dedicated in providing building maintenance and custodial services. Primary organizational components include administrative staff, trades services shop (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, air-condition techs, welder, painters), grounds/yard crew and custodians.
The Construction & Facilities department's first responsibility is maintenance and operation of academic and administrative buildings. It is also responsible for custodial service in academic and administrative buildings. Trades service shop coordinates repair and remodeling projects for Construction & Facilities and other departments upon request of a maintenance request form.
All questions or requests for services pertaining to the general maintenance and operations of academic buildings, of administrative support buildings, and of the campus should be referred to the Work Control Center.
