The timeline above represents the process that is followed when services are requested by a parent for special education services. This process is identified in the Parent's Guide to Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) , page 20 and outlined in the Texas Legal Framework.
The timeline above includes references to State and Federal Laws that must be followed and implemented within the process. These are denoted by CFR, TAC, and TEC. El plazo anterior representa el proceso que se sigue cuando los servicios son solicitados por los padres para los servicios de educación especial. Este proceso se identifica en la Guía Para Padres del Proceso Admisión, Repaso y Retiro (ARD) en la pagina 21 y se indica en el Marco Legal de Texas.
