Big congratulations to Mercedes High School senior Isabella Parker for an incredible start at the Track & Field Area meet this morning! 👟🌟🐾
Isabella Parker kicked things off by grabbing GOLD in the High Jump with a leap of 5’7,” setting a new UIL 5A Area 31 & 32 Meet Record and qualifying for the Regional Track Meet in San Antonio on May 2, 2026. This is one of several meet records she has broken this season—an incredible accomplishment! 👏
We also want to recognize and congratulate our other Lady Tiger competitors: Avie Garza – 6th place in Long Jump and Alyna Gonzalez – 6th place in Shot Put.
The competition continues tomorrow with running events starting at 2:00 p.m. at PSJA Stadium. Come out and support our boys & girls teams! #MISDpride #MISDathletics
