📢 Friendly Reminder: Mercedes ISD will have a Delayed Start for all schools and offices tomorrow, Wednesday, January 22, 2025, due to forecasted inclement weather conditions. ⏰Start Times: Elementary Schools: 9:30 a.m. Middle Schools: 9:45 a.m. High Schools: 10:00 a.m. In addition, Staff Start-Time is 9:00 a.m. The Bus Route Pick-Up will begin at 8:00 a.m. and Parent School Drop-Off will begin at 9:00 a.m. Dismissals will remain at usual times. All students will be allowed to dress in warm clothing, such as warm ups, hooded pullovers, scarves and other wintery attire. The safety of our students and staff is of utmost importance. If there are any further changes to regular school operations, we will inform families via mass notification systems, across our official social media platforms, and through local news outlets.
